Taylor Griffin, currently of the Phoenix Suns, was drafted with the 48th overall pick of the 2009 NBA Draft. A captain on the 2008-09 Oklahoma Sooners team, Taylor supplied as much leadership as his brother Blake supplied offensive firepower, helping his team reach the Elite Eight of the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. As a senior, Taylor averaged 9.6 ppg, 5.8 rpg, and 1.3 spg, while also posting personal bests with 54-percent field goal shooting and 36-percent three-point field goal shooting.
