Rokt, a global leader in ecommerce technology and software solutions, made its entry into sports marketing with a sponsorship of Oracle Red Bull Racing and leaned on Excel to manage and activate its track assets. Excel executed a hospitality program that spanned four races in North America – Miami, Montreal, Austin, and Las Vegas. Excel provided end-to-end solutions including ticket and registration management, signage and branding, and customer experience buildout. In total, Rokt hosted more than 75 key customers, providing unparalleled experiences and generating an estimated $16M in future business with clients.

Long-time client PwC first enlisted Excel Hospitality to develop a holistic hospitality strategy around tentpole moments in sports and entertainment, utilizing existing sponsorship assets and identifying new opportunities that would create “must attend” events throughout the calendar year. Excel identified and curates a series of six events annually to host at the highest level. Excel incorporates unique program elements from hosting pods, which allows for greater relationship development to unparalleled access like a private brunch at the famed Polo Bar with custom Ralph Lauren shopping experience prior to the taking in the best of tennis court side at the US Open. Given the limited amount of days for certain events, Excel incorporates unique hosting waves to maximize the experience and accommodate as many guests as possible, ultimately driving incremental business for the firm.
