Born and raised just outside San Francisco, 19-year-old Yealimi Noh is a rising star in women’s golf. She turned professional in 2019 after earning her LPGA Tour card by finishing 3rd at Qualifying School, and has already asserted herself as one of the best young players in the game—one of only 3 rookies to qualify for the 2020 CME Group Tour Championship and the top-earning rookie during the 2020 season.
Yealimi entered the professional ranks following a prolific amateur career. She was named the 2018 AJGA Rolex Player of the Year after winning the 2018 Girls’ Junior PGA Championship, 2018 U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship and 2018 Canadian Women’s Amateur Championship in consecutive weeks. She represented a victorious Team USA on the Junior Solheim and Junior Ryder Cup teams, and thrived when wearing the red, white and blue—something she is destined to do once again at the next level.
Yealimi has proven that she belongs amongst the best players in the world, with three top 10 finishes in summer of 2021, including a 3rd place finish at the Evian major Championship and a top 15 finish at the AIG Women’s British Open, one of the most competitive fields in women’s golf. Noh will continue to hunt for her inaugural LPGA Tour win through the 2022-2023 season.
